Note: Authentication cookies are host-only on the learnnearby.com domain and are not shared across other LearnNearby LLC brand domains (including any future DBA brands such as ClubsNearby or SpacesNearby).

PostHog session recording is only enabled where you have given consent. Session recordings may capture interactions with the Site interface; we do not intentionally capture payment card information or passwords through session recording, and PostHog is configured to mask sensitive fields.

2.4 Infrastructure and Security Technologies

3. California Residents — CCPA Disclosure

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

No. We do not sell personal information collected through cookies for monetary consideration, and we do not share personal information collected through cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.
